The Independent Study and Mentorship program is a class offered at Frisco ISD designed to provide high school students with first-hand experience in the professional world. The course is highly selective and limited to academically advanced students that represent the best the school has to offer. Students in the class learn professionalism, interview skills, public speaking, networking, and workplace communication skills. ISM is designed to be self-paced and allow students to connect with mentors in a chosen area of study to gain real-world experience and professional guidance.
